How Jarsy Works

Jarsy acquires underlying assets such as stocks, ETFs, funds, or private equity shares from asset providers. Each asset is held by a dedicated Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV). Jarsy then mints tokens corresponding exactly to the number of shares of each asset, setting the initial token price equal to the share price. This ensures that each token is fully backed by the underlying asset.

After receiving USDC from investors, Jarsy fulfills orders by transferring corresponding asset tokens to their Jarsy wallet. For publicly tradable assets like stocks and ETFs, investors can also redeem tokens by selling them to Jarsy for USDC. All transactions are recorded and verifiable on the blockchain.

Jarsy accepts USDC for cost-effective cross-border payments. Partnered with trusted on-ramp vendors Moonpay, Transak, and Alchemy Pay, you can convert your local currency to USDC seamlessly across North America, Latin America, Europe, Asia, and Australia. How to sell my JSPAX token or exit the investment?

When JSPAX tokens are first introduced and made available to you, you cannot sell your JSPAX token back to Jarsy. However, as a next step, we plan to set up a mechanism whereby other JSPAX token owners and other friends and family of Jarsy using our platform may be able to acquire your JSPAX token through our platform. Additionally, if the underlying SPV LLC decides to exit, you will be able to redeem your tokens through Jarsy.

What are the fees associated with investing?

1) Jarsy charges an onetime 6% Platform Fee on your investment amount when you first acquire your JSPAX beneficial economic interest or tokens 2) Jarsy will also charge a carried interest equal to 5% of distribution after the full contribution has been returned. Example: assuming $100 in capital contribution by Mr. Smith which resulted in a $10 gain, then the 5% Carried Interest means Jarsy will receive 50 cents from the $10 gain.
